Job Description

Job Purpose:

Leads and manage the team to support Direct Channels Project and Change management. Provide planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating on overall projects to ensure effective execution of plan.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate with relevant parties to identify business needs. Driving process changes and implementation of process re-engineering across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance operations.
Lead the team to prepare project proposal, review function design specification, UAT, compile user manual and arrange user training.
Develop, implement and enhance new & existing Direct Channels projects such as Cardlink, CSP, CSS, TeamPOINT, BOSS, VRU, etc.
Allocate sufficient resources to perform User Acceptance Test and ensure progress on schedule.
Monitor the User Acceptance Test to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification.
Monitor the production check verification to ensure the wellness of system implementation.

Incumbent Requirements:

University graduate or above with minimum 8 years of banking experience in project management / lower academic qualifications with substantial years of working experience.
Familiar with retail banking products & Call Centre systems/operations.
Strong in project management & negotiation skills.
Strong Product, System & Operation sense.
Very customer focus when working with internal customers.
