• Assist in supervising QC team to preform assigned quality control work
• Review production and QC records, and recommend Factory Release Approval on finished products
• Investigate and report the substandard products and recommend remedial to ensure product quality
• Conduct factory trial, arrange subsequent analysis and follow-up on test run products for upgrading or improvement of processing line
• Maintain and update ISO documents that related to QC work
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science/ Food Safety or related field
• Minimum 1 year work experience in quality control/ assurance works
• Good analytical and critical reasoning skills and aptitude for solving problems
• Initiate and able to work under pressure and independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
