Job Responsibilities:-

• Oversee service sites and act as contact for clients
• Coordinate service sites with contractor to ensure smooth operations
• Operational and logistics support for outreach PCR services
• Procurement, inventory and warehouse management of lab and sites supplies
• Prepare regular reports on procurement and inventory

 Job Specifications:- 

• High Diploma / Bachelor in Operation Management / Sciences or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in procurement and warehouse management is highly preferable
• Start-up experience and has worked in the testing laboratory sector is a plus
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible with strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and strive for efficiency
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
