• Develop/update/fine tune warehouse storage operation flow
• Improve efficiency of material flow
• Manage and control stock movements
• Support frontline and back-office departments on stock logistic
• Help maintain and control optimal stock level.
• Handle daily warehouse operations including but not limited to goods receiving, order picking, loading and transportation
• Control and arrange all stock in/out and ensure the stock accuracy
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports to review the operation planning and ensure a smooth daily operation in warehouse
• Daily communication between 3PL and in-house inventory
• Handle data entry and prepare daily document
• Provide administrative and logistic support
• Assist the Supervisor for daily operation documents

 Requirements 

• Form 5 or above /Tertiary education or above, preferably in Stock and Logistics Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistic operations and with Retail or Wholesale exposure is an advantage
• Analytical, detail-minded, and independent
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel
• Average level of English & Mandarin required
• Self-motivated and fast learner
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Dedicated and observant
