Responsible for supply chain operations including but not limited to order management and coordinating shipment with suppliers and forwarders.

Key responsibilities: -

Shipping and Logistics

• Arrange shipment for POs and prepare all relating shipping documents.
• Arrange custom clearance for I/O shipment between Hong Kong, China, and the Middle East
• Work with the WH to manage in/out capacity in the Warehouse, based on the company stock level targets and WH space.
• Minimize logistics cost by conducting regular analysis and negotiating with service provider for the best terms / condition for the company.
• Monitor performance of service providers
• Negotiate for the best tariff of freights in all modes of transportation.
• Handle and Check Shipping documents
• Report inbound and outbound shipment arrival status and notify stakeholders arrival discrepancy or shipment damage if any.

Supplier Relationship Management

• You will be in charge of suppliers from a geographical region and will manage all the PO/PI accounts handling of those suppliers.
• Develop and Manage suppliers according to business needs and day to day relationships.
• Arrange quality checking schedule at supplier factory for QC team according to shipping plan.
• Suggest the best supplier set up in the supply chain network.

PO/PI Payments

• Create Purchase Order (PO) based on the forecast and Purchase plan.
• Arrange PO settlement and follow up payment status with Finance team, in a timely and effective manner, Negotiate the best payment terms for the company.
• Arrange Custom declarations (Tradelink), Certificate of Origin (CO), HS Codes

Inventory Control

• Update and communicate Purchase Analysis regularly with relevant teams.
• Generate and improves various reports for supply chain pipeline monitoring.
• Regular Replenishment review and forecasting
• Ensure accuracy of information in ERP systems with the ability to reconcile data across different systems with MS Excel.
• Collaborate with internal and external team, customers etc. to ensure smooth and efficient workflow which provides the excellent customer services.
• Work closely with the Buying and Product Development Team
• Ad hoc project relating Supply Chain Management as assigned
• Formal performance reviews against KPIs including service levels, costs, efficiencies etc. to accomplish business objective.

Core competencies: -

• Supply Chain and 3PL management skills
• Possess general PC computer knowledge and MS Office, advanced in Excel.
• Multilingual communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Able to work independently and proactively in a multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, able to work independently.
• Degree holder with minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill 
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for the role of Supply Chain Executive  
• Fresh Graduates with great passion on developing career path in Supply Chain field are also welcome. 
• Plus – Knowledge of Systems (NetSuite) and Furniture or Home Good Knowledge
