Responsibilities:

• Work with the Operation Team on operational functions including operations, process management, inventory control and logistics planning 
• Assist sales team to manage all-round daily operation and  customer service   
• Process incoming shipment, dispatch and handle the delivery of our goods and service to customers 
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder or above.
• Prefer to have minimum one year of working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Team player, flexible, well-organized and attention to details with high sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PPT and Excel
