Responsibilities:

• Based in HK, our Asia Hub, and support all transportation issues, including ocean and air freight forwarding, couriers and local delivery for Asian regions
• Liaise with factories, forwarders, customers and 3PL warehouse for shipment arrangement independently
• Perform shipment consolidation and follow up shipping instruction with customers & suppliers
• Handle full set of I/E documents, logistics, Tradelink custom declaration, LC documents, Form E/FTA CO etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely availability of all documents related to customer orders, shipping and export, and proper filing of such documents
• Align with Order Processing, Supplier’s Shipping Department and Sales functions to monitor order status and ensure timely delivery and invoicing
• Handle external and internal queries related to order status and delivery dates, and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Handling damage/short shipment/discrepancy shipments with suppliers/forwarders and customers
• Prepare shipping related reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects and data entry
• Support packaging and shipping of samples

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• 5 years relevant experience and able to handle full sets independently
• Knowledgeable in handling L/C and familiar with Asian markets operations
• Experience in using SAP / Oracle ERP system is preferable
• Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
• A good team player, who’s self-motivated, detail minded and well-organized
• Able to work under tight schedule and dynamic environment, and proactively seek solutions  when issues arose
• Good command of spoken and written of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
