Responsibilities: 
- Draft and examine the import and export documents and issue Letters of Credit on time. 
- Follow the whole trade flow and arrange payment review and application.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on trade operations to facilitate the transaction.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required. 

Requirements: 
- Degree or above. 
-Experience in shipping / import and export trading company is preferable. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
-Be aggressive, careful, patient and work independently. 
-Good communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Proficient in computer skills of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

工作内容：
1、負責收證審核和貿易開證，進口收單和出口制單，交單等單據結算的全過程執行和跟蹤，確保單證的質量及各項條款的正確性。
2、實時跟蹤整個合同的貿易情況，包括合同的簽訂、執行、結算。
3、負責單據、合同及其他相關文件的歸檔；實時將業務數據更新錄入臺賬。 
4、與國內同事、銀行、客戶之間的溝通聯系。
5、完成上級領導安排的其他工作任務。 

要求：
1、學歷：副學士及以上 
2、工作經驗：有貿易行業工作經驗，對國際信用證有一定瞭解，能獨立處理進出口文件。1-2年工作經驗。應届畢業生亦可考慮。
3、具有工作責任心，學習能力強，善於溝通交流和解決問題。
4、流利普通話,良好英語,良好粵語
5、熟悉使用辦公軟件

上班時間  ：星期一至五 9：00 - 17：30, 銀行假期.
