Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set export shipping documentation;
• Follow up export shipment deliver & booking arrangement;
• Familiar with export license & customs declaration;
• Handle battery document preparation and application;
• Work closely with different internal and external parties, including sales & marketing, warehouses, HK customs & forwarders;
• Handle inventory management & documentation filing;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor;

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Experience in electronic field & China Trade is an advantage;
• Familiar with full sets of I/E, L/C, banking documents;
• Familiar with MS Office applications including Word & Excel, Lotus Note, Oracle and Electronic Trade Declaration system; 
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, well organized, with strong sense of responsibility and cooperative;

Office will be moved to Lai Chi Kok in late 2022
