Responsibilities: 

• Manage the daily shipping order, liaise with internal parties and sales teams
• Coordinate with related parties including Suppliers, 3PL warehouse, freight forwarder to ensure on-time delivery and maintain KPI
• Manage freight and prepare shipping documents & conduct system update
• Prepare I/E customs declaration export from Hong Kong / China
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.

-          Daily Work

• Process daily shipping orders, Inventory order for Phase Scientific
• ERP System Update
• Import/Export shipping documents, licensees, customs clearance
• Monitor and post freight expenses

-          Weekly Work

• Shipment status reports

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma holder from HK or Overseas in Supply Chain, Logistics or related subjects  
• At least 2 - 4 years working experience in logistics, international freight, US import
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Powerpoint
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proactive and mature team-mate willing to learn
• Medical Device experience is preferable
