Responsibilities

1. Assist for data entry, maintain accurate logistics data update on the system, good documentation & compile reports for analysis to have a basic understanding about the logistic flows
2. Assist to prepare Import/Export documents to meet L/C requirement
3. Assist to prepare the LC application to have a basic understanding about UCP600
4. Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

1. Ideally Year 2, Year 3 student in any discipline. Discipline from Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage
2. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
3. Effective time management
4. Willing to learn with positive attitude, a good team player and detail-minded
5. Flexible, self-starter who can work independently and has an interest in international purchasing
6. A team player with initiatives, pleasant, helpful
7. Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (Changjie/Quick)
8. Tactfully and sensitive in handling confidential information

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 09:00 – 18:00

Working Location: Kowloon Bay
