Responsibilities:

• Manage projects for international freight business and monitor project quality
• Coordinate with IT team for project deployment; evaluate post-implementation results for necessary system fine-tunings and operation adaptation
• Work with user on requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, SIT, UAT and launch planning
• Control and monitor the project deliverables
• Consolidate and analyze technical & operational requirements to propose feasible and deliver practical solution
• Support user account maintenance, provide new user training and update training materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in freight operation with project management knowledge will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoke & written in English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, logical thinking and detailed minded.
• Immediate available is preferable
