Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and support all logistics operations and workflows including goods receiving, order handling and distribution arrangement
• Develop good relationship with internal parties, vendors, warehouses & forwarders for pursuing and coordinating effective fulfillment execution
• Report and assist superior to work on solution with different parties when operational problem occurs
• Review and analyze departmental working procedure and make improving recommendation as well as creating or refining process documents
• Prepare analytical results and efficient reports including inventory management, freight forwarding and local transportation for review
• Aid on ad hoc activities, tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in in Logistics or SCM with strong desire to develop career in Logistics industry
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Fluent in oral and written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• A dynamic and flexible team player as well as willing to take up responsibilities and challenges
• Independent, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Great presentation and interpersonal skill
