Responsibilities:

• Support shipping and logistics flow, and follow up shipment importing and exporting in HK, China and overseas
• Handle and verify supplier's and vendor's document in complying to companies' buyer's, shipping and logistics, and import or export policies and regulations
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, vendors , forwarders, internal or external parties
• Prepare variety of reports to managers on projects and logistics operations
• Ensure smooth transition of logistics operations, timely shipment delivery, and monitor shipment schedule
• Cost and performance control of logistics service providers
• Mange other ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experiences in logistics or supply chain management
• Great knowledge of Hong Kong import/export procedure and custom declaration regulations
• Sound knowledge in SAP
• Strong organizing ability, independent, result-driven and committed
• Good communication and negotiation skills, self-initiative and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and details-oriented
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
