• Report and provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support across all aspects of the business to Chief Operating Officer & Senior Management Executives;
• Set up, manage and prioritize the task lists of Chief Operating Officer & Senior Management Executives effectively;
• Handle multi-tasks, prioritizes, track and manage assigned tasks on time;
• Arrange and monitor crew member licensing, training, recency, etc.; • Communicate with external parties, e.g. training providers, hospitality company, etc.;
• Ensure flight crew member personal files and system, training files, licenses are up-to-date and comply with authorities’ regulations and IS-BAO standard;
• Coordinate travel documents and logistic arrangement for all crewmembers;
• Check and verify with crew reimbursement application and prepare monthly crew per-diem report;
• Provide overall projects, events, meetings and documentation support, such as meeting & travel schedules, expenses claims & reports, invoices processing;
• Handle all ad hoc duties as required.

• University graduate in any discipline and formal secretarial training is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Executive Assistant/Secretary or Personal Assistant; experience, preferably supporting senior executives and providing business-related support;
• Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment handling work across all aspects of the business;
• Self-motivated with great initiative, well organize, good time management, detail-minded, humble and cheerful;
• Good working and co-operation attitude, quick response and devotion to works that assigned, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and ad hoc projects, can work independently under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive thinking, integrity and with a “can-do” attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin and good command in written English and Chinese;
• Maintains maximum confidentially and privacy on sensitive matters if any;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
