Job duties

• Monitor the inventory level and communicate the forecast.
• Forecasts the sales volume and ensures optimal inventory level.
• Supervises the purchasing activities of the purchasing clerk.
• Source and evaluate new supplies
• Help the Purchasing Supervisor in formulating purchasing policies and rules.
• Performs purchasing activities.
• Reviews distributorship agreement and revises as required.
• Maintain a good vendor and distributorship relationship.
• Help implement company policies and rules.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in rehabilitation and supply chain management discipline.
• Min. 2 years experience in experience in a field that provides preparation for purchasing work such as claim resolution, expediting, returned goods and resolving billings. Fresh Graduate also considered.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Skill in effective oral and written communication.
• Thorough knowledge of commodity sources and market trends.
• Thorough knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures.
• Analytic skill.
