Job Description
Work Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap Kok
(Free shuttle bus from Tung Chung MTR station)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily reports as well as building Power BI dashboards
• Identify key trends and investigate the underlying causes of trends in Service Quality
Requirements:
• Year 2 / 3 student in Information System/ Computer Science/ Statistic / Mathematics/ Data Science/ Business Administration/ Logistics/ Engineering or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Excel, MS Access ,MS Power Point & Marco function
• Programming skills will be an advantage
• Detailed mind; multi-tasking; analytical; good time management
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese & English
