• Responsible for handling the full life cycle of Recruitment Process for APAC region.

• Searching suitable candidates for clients through various sources such as job portals (104.com, Linkedin) references, professional sites, networking, head hunting and database upon the required skill sets. 

• Posting Jobs at various job portals (Linkedin,Naukri, and monster etc).

• Grading resumes as per parameters like education, Experience, Domain knowledge, communication, stability of the employee.

• Sending the scrutinized profiles to the clients & coordinating with them for short- listing & interview scheduling. 

• Conducting Interviews: - Assessing the candidates on their Communication Skills and Salary drawn and Salary expected, date of joining.

• Interaction & smooth coordination between client & candidates at the time of offer stage. 

• Arranging telephonic and personal interviews to the short listed candidates.

• Keeping continuous follow-up with 'Offer Accepted' candidates, helping them for DOJ extension & thereby ensuring their joining. 

• Daily recruitment status report - Generate daily reports exhibiting number of technical selects, number of rejects, Candidates on hold and number of offers generated.
