Job Description
To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high calibre candidate to join us as an Accounting Officer, assisting in Accounting & Admin Department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations including AR/AP, general entries, bills and payments, bank reconciliation
- Assist in month end closing and preparation of financial report
- Process payroll and tax affairs
- Maintain proper and systematic filing system
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, major in Accounting or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Work. Knowledge in Xero would be an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
