Our client, Beauty Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as 美容院接待員 Shop Receptionist (Ref: 45341)

Job Descriptions:

• Answering phone calls, reply email and WhatsApp messages.
  接聽電話, 回覆電郵和網上查詢
• Greeting guest in a polite and professional manner.
  有禮地接待客人
  
• Update booking system and data entry.
  在系統內錄入療程預約
• Handle payment transactions.
  負責一般收銀和交易
• Maintain the cleanliness of reception counter.
  保持前台的整潔

Requirements:

• No experience is welcome, fresh graduates are welcome
  無需經驗，歡迎畢業生
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
  有顧客服務經驗的人會優先考慮
• Outgoing personality with good communication skills
  待人有禮，熱情主動和有良好溝通技巧
• Good command in general computer skills
  懂得一般電腦應用，懂中英文打字
• Good command of spoken Cantonese able to speak Mandarin and English
  能講流利廣東話，一般普通話和簡單英語
• Immediate availability is preferred
  即時上班會優先考慮

Benefits:

• Basic salary up to 15K, plus monthly allowance & bonus (up to 4K)
  基本薪金可達15K，再加每月津貼和獎金可達4K
• Work Location: CWB / TST / MK
  工作地點: 銅鑼灣 / 尖沙咀 / 旺角
• Shift Duties: 10:30-20:00 / 11:30-21:00 / 9:30-19:00
  輪班制: 10:30-20:00 / 11:30-21:00 / 9:30-19:00
