• Design and conduct training to salesman, mechanics on new models, manufacturer specified programs
• Handle skill assessment
• Provide customer oriented product features training
• Attend manufacturer required training
• Analysis and prepare regular training report

• Diploma or above in mechanical /automotive or related disciplines
• 8-10 years relevant experiences in motor industry
• Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Good PC skills with knowledge of  PowerPoint, Word, Excel are preferable
