職責：

• 負責管理會所餐廳樓面日常運作及事務
• 領導及培訓員工以提供優質的餐飲服務
• 負責樓面人手安排
• 處理文書工作
  

• 中學程度或以上
• 有良好的餐飲知識
• 具5年或以上餐廳管理工作經驗者優先考慮
• 良好粵語及一般英語
• 能獨立及主動處理工作
• 需穿制服及輪班工作
