Our client is a fast growing startup platform. They are currently seeking for a Customer Success Executive and Customer Service Officer for the Hong Kong office.

What Will You'll Do : 

• Manage customer success and happiness of clients by providing support and service to all clients
• Answer incoming questions via email and phone calls, handle customer enquiries
• Handle general enquiries for transactions processing
• Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and suggest new product features
• Be a strong advocate for our brand and product, interact and build a community of loyal customers
• Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
• Maintain platform operations and assist to enhance platform performance

What We Are Looking For : 

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline, Fresh Grad are also Welcome
• Experience in any customer facing or call centre role is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in typing both English and Chinese
• Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Self-starter and good team player
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
• Curious and interested in technology and new products
• Immediate available is preferred
