Job Description

Our client is a luxury retailer with rapid expansion within the region. They are looking for a Client Development Manager (Luxury Brand) join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Development and Strengthen Client Relationship

  • Plan, formulate and implement strategic & effective client plans in consistent with Global directions in order to support client recruitment, development and retention
  • Provide a clear direction to the Boutiques for developing brand as a service centric destination of excellence and build client loyalty
  • Work closely with Regional and Boutiques CDM teams to stimulate CDM awareness, enhance client experience and drive sales
  • Monitor the execution of client development initiatives and programs
  • Partner with Boutique Managers and Instore Client Development Managers to initiate different client treatments in order to strengthen the relationships with existing clients and develop new client database
  • Advise about the design of action treatments to important clients in order to provide extraordinary client experience

Promotion and Event Management

  • Liaise with regional CDM, local Retail team, Visual Merchandising, Public Relations and Merchandising in different kinds of events
  • In charge of organizing Boutique and sales driven events such as collection launch, OTO, and also the overseas client treatments
  • Develop and execute innovative & creative CDM campaigns in conjunction with the Regional CDM team and local Marketing team. Manage CDM campaigns to be aligned with the overall marketing strategy
  • Initiate and devise promotion activities to generate more sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to prepare promotion materials including advertisements, invitations, marketing materials, direct mailing initiatives etc.
  • Organize and manage seasonal gifting, e.g. Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and profitability generated from each event

Loyalty Program Management

  • Create and manage loyalty programs in compliance with brand guidelines and assist the Boutiques to enhance client relationships
  • Ensure the accountability of Boutique staff on CDM tools such as fully utilize them for client’s loyalty maximization
  • Brainstorm and create ideas for rewards, benefits and special events for loyal clients

People Management and Development

  • Translate the strategic business goals into concrete individual goals, monitor and assess to staff performance against their goals regularly to make sure the progress is on the right track
  • Provide directions and necessary support to the team when needed
  • Delegate the job to the team in an efficient and effective manner
  • Manage the team with constructive & qualitative feedback and provide suitable coaching to them
  • Understand individual career aspiration as well as their potential for people development

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Client Development; relevant experience in luxury retail industry is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Well-organized and embrace change
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
