Job Description

Working Place : Hung Hom
Working Hour : 7:30-17:30
Working Day : Mon - Sat

Responsibilities:

Assist Pastry Chef for all pastry and bakery duties
Assist Pastry Chef in all desserts and classic pastry production
Prepare daily mise-en-place
Ensure cooking standards are maintained
Follow at all times the work safety / sanitation procedures and standards
Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

At least 1 years pastry experience in hotel / food industry
Good knowledge of pastry, bakery and desserts
Well-versed in kitchen hygiene
Self-motivated and can work independently with least supervision
