What you’ll do:

• Manage the progress of new store construction, existing store renovation and refurbishment
• Manage the repair and maintenance work of current outlets
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the project to be completed within schedule
• Prepare documents for related authorities and landlords on store development
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned

We will be a good match if you:

• Diploma or above in Project Management / Engineering or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably gained in F&B industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details, well-organized with great sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
