This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the site manager to manage IT enabling works of all IT systems for Third Runway (3RS) projects including the Third Runway Concourse, new Terminal 2, new Airfield Facilities, new Eastern and Western Areas (ESA and WSA), new Integrated Airport Centre (IAC), etc.
• Ensure the IT systems design and implementation for 3RS projects aligned with IT direction
• Coordinate and work with a team of IT professionals and Technical Support Leaders (TSLs) to manage scope, cost, timeline, activities and resources, which includes planning, tracking, managing change initiatives and control and risk management to meet AA’s objectives and project KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, with at least 6 years' relevant working experience
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and / or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
• Solid experience in managing and delivering IT projects, preferably in aviation industry
• Proven leadership skills with good communication skills
• Experience on IT system migration and integration projects from the construction stage to the operation stage
• Concrete business knowledge and technical knowhow to understand various airport systems and airport business
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
