Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and support technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components
• Configure, debug and support multiple infrastructure platforms
• Perform installation, maintenance and support of system software/hardware and user support
• Perform high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures
• Provide all technical documentation, manuals and IT policies related to infrastructure and server
• Work with Information Security Manager and network team to adapt necessary security measure in infrastructure
• Ensure the backup and disaster recovery planning are adequate and ready
• Monitor healthiness of servers and infrastructure components

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or other IT related area
• In-depth technical knowledge of various network elements, servers, and platform operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, Cisco products, firewall, VPN, etc.
• Experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
• Certification in cloud infrastructure technology will be an advantage
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic and out of the box thinking
