Responsibilities: 

• Plan, monitor and control the assigned strategic projects in the capacity of a project manager or project lead when required in order to meet the project timeline, quality and costs
• Lead, manage and monitor all aspects of IT projects, including stakeholder management, solution delivery, vendor selection / management, project control and reporting
• Plan, direct and coordinates project activities to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished
• Identify risks and issues on projects - develop risk management and issues management plans to select and implement the most appropriate solution
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Manage the production system environment, including Change & Release, Business Continuity Planning etc.
• Maintaining team data in project management software Jira to support estimation and execution
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resources plan and status report.
• Assist to identify and evaluate the latest technology and tools to improve the user experience of the information systems

Requirements:

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• 6+ years of solid experience in IT application systems
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Application Manager
• In-depth knowledge in VB.Net, ASP.NET C# MVC, JS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, PHP, NET, Transact-SQL, SSRS, SSIS
• Knowledge on API development / SSAS / Python / Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Good leadership, self-motivated, analytical mindset, and problem solving skills, and the willingness to drive changes in a complex environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills so as to influence and communicate with all levels.
• Self-motivated, good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
