Job Duties:

• Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
• Administrative or Monitoring tasks for Windows Server & Linux Server, O365, Firewall, PCs and other network equipment;
• VMware ESXi systems maintenance;
• Single / Multiple Domain Forest;
• Cloud Server Management (e.g. Azure / AWS);
• Data Backup & Restore;
• Firewall management – policy & rule updates/ review/ subscription/ renewal/ upgrade/ replacement;
• Network core switch, firewall, server resources & performance monitoring with preventive action plan following;
• Installing and configuring computer system, printers & peripherals and manage data backup;
• Manage the IT inventory for hardware & software, and other IT related services

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years of system administration experience;
• Hands-on experience in (Windows & Linux Server), O365, VMWare ESXi, Firewall, networking, server & PC troubleshooting, backup & recovery solution;
• Knowledge in supporting the PC/LAN/WAN, systems and applications;
• Good communication skills, hard-working and can work independently;
• Responsible and able to work independently;
• Good attitude, team working and good communication skills;
• Qualifications of CCNA / CCNP is preferred.
