With the trend towards Industrial Revolution 4.0, our IT department, the strategic technology enabler with more than 70 staff, has established a comprehensive personalized customer-centric platform (gratus) and operation management system, i.e. Customer Behavioral Tracking System, Recommendation Engine, Business Intelligence Dashboard and Campaign Monitoring System, to support the fast-changing business transformation needs across the Group.

To support the Group’s continuous development, we are looking for high caliber talent who is enthusiastic in system development to join our strong & fast-growing IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and user requirements, propose solutions and creating design specifications
• Develop project scope of work, WBS, schedule, documentation, progress report, and status update meeting
• Work closely with business development, marketing & operation team, manage project schedule and timeline, balance the needs and priority for different business unit
• Adopt agile methodology for end-to-end project management life cycle
• Coordinate with system developers for application development and enhancement projects, and follow IT standards for implementations
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in information system, management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, system implementation and digital transformation
• Able to cope with tight project schedule, perform work effectively and be flexible to work under agile product development environment
• Excellent supervisory skill, problem solving & multitasking skills
• Good communication, teamwork spirit and collaboration ability
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
