Job Duties :

• Handle client services, promote client relationships, coordinate the marketing and business development efforts of the Company including to assist management in conducting investment seminars and symposia. Assist in new issue processing, checking and matching of trading records, notes, statements and other transaction documents. Also, involve with settlement processes and daily general operations.

Requirements :

• HKSI Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent, Paper 9 is preferred (possess SFC Type 1/Type 2 representative license an added advantage)
• Dealing, marketing experience is preferred
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
• Immediate available is preferred
• Execute clients’ securities/ futures trading orders
• Familiar with BSS operations
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide quality service support
• Assist management to devise business development plans
• Assist in settlement functions
• Detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure
• A good team player
