Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the LAN/WAN, Windows, VMWare, Nutanix

• Workstation and End User support

• Act as the point of contact in APAC and report to the global team for all infra activities

• Assist APAC regional director on day to day operation and support in the region

• Contribute to the backend implementation and architecture design of the system platform

• Administer and maintain email service, File Server, Collaboration System

• SOX document preparation and review

• WIFI, LAN support on CISCO Meraki

  Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

• Occasional travel is required

• At least 3 years working experience in Network and System administration, MPLS, SDWAN, Helpdesk support

• Knowledge CISCO Meraki will be an advantage’

• Experience in Global WAN with SD-WAN SDLC, Voip, O365 admin, Microsoft defender API

• Vendor management on Projects, data centre setup

• Knowledge of data structure, algorithm and computational complexity is preferred

• Experience with MS Exchange / O365, Windows Server, AD, DCs

• Strong in problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English
