Job Description
Role Purpose:
Our System Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our daily system operations, as well as support in IT security.
What you will be handling:
Our System Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our daily system operations, as well as support in IT security.
What you will be handling:
- Implement upgrades to internal ERP applications & infrastructure
- Monitor all batch jobs schedule are run as schedule and make proper reports for any fail jobs
- Perform regular system & network review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management
- Implement system security parameters including responsibilities, request sets, and system access
- Perform ad-hoc projects when required
- Strong technical support skills including trouble shooting, performance tuning, system deployment
- Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
- Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
- Ability to bring about change
- Good interpersonal skills and is passionate in connecting with people
- Degree holder in Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Preferable with 1-2 years in relevant experience
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
