We are currently looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our MSP team, who is confident in offering various resolutions for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, related issues i.e. implementation, integration and operational support.

We are currently looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our MSP team, who is confident in offering various resolutions for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, related issues i.e. implementation, integration and operational support.
As a Cloud Engineer, your typical day might include the following:
- Implement and support IaaS/SaaS/PaaS infrastructure components for our clients
- Provide level 1 & 2 support for operational incidents and problems, undertaking appropriate investigation, diagnosis, and rectification activities
- Handle and resolve customers’ queries via telephone, email, remote service and other available channels in accordance to our guidelines and standards
- Ensure your KPIs targets (e.g. Customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity etc) are met consistently so as to achieve the overall customer satisfaction standard
- Obtain customer’s details and ensure all information is accurately and promptly keyed into our customer database for all transactions
- Undertake any other tasks delegated by the supervisor
- To work at the Client’s designated office / site if necessary
- A relevant cloud certification
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline
- Experience working with technical teams to implement, support and operate the infrastructure solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies with a focus on security, networking, computation, storage, and application integration components
- Experience working in production operational support roles
- Linux operation and support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A practical troubleshoot kit that creates by the team member's knowledge and experience, internal knowledge base (Advanced troubleshooting tools and resources as provided by internal)
