Job Description: 
We are currently hiring for one of the largest property conglomerate's in Hong Kong who are looking for business analysts.  This will be working on a salesforce implementation project and also working on replacing the existing CRM systems into a unified platform.  This is a large scale enterprise system with the opportunity to grow and learn more roles such as PMO/PO or PM experience.  This person needs to be smart and independent to coordinate, review test case, write user story under Agile and provide training to the users once the system is done. 
Stepping stone for BAs who want to get into PMO or PM related roles in the future

Responsibilities: (BA)
- Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues
- Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
- Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
- Execute UAT to support project roll-out
- Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
- Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer 

Requirements: 
- 4+ years of experience in BA
- CRM or loyalty program experience 
- Work closely with technical team and understand their perspective from a project
- Technical background is a plus/ jira, confluence or SQL also a plus
- Independent requirement gathering
- Agile experience 
- Experience in stakeholder/vendor management 
- Cantonese and English
