The Group Digital Manager, Program Delivery will be working closely with Digital Delivery teams and Group IT team, accountable for delivering business results and customer value measured through specific KPIs. This role will set and monitor the execution of the delivery teams and enable Product Owners and Scrum Master to drive and deliver the work. He / She is passionate about serving customers, inspiring the delivery teams, and excited to be an enabler for the organization’s new way of working.

What You’ll Do

  •  Delivering business results and customer value
    •  Defining specific and measurable KPI’s for each member of the Digital Delivery Team
  •  Empowering and enabling delivery teams to realize their missions
    •  Coordinating with Product Owners to identify the right resources to support the organization’s priorities
    •  Engaging regularly with Product Owners on the delivery team’s output and providing the right level of feedback to enable delivery team alignment and autonomy
  •  Improving working effectiveness by playing an ‘integrator’ role across the organization as needed
    •  Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve escalated bottlenecks and dependencies
    •  Working alongside with the Leadership Team to strengthen employees and functional capabilities
  •  Developing and coaching Product Owners and other team members on Agile delivery
    •  Managing, providing feedback, and developing Product Owners to improve individual and delivery team’s performance
  •  Managing ongoing and new product stream to ensure timely and effective execution
    •  Driving updates to digital product roadmap with relevant stakeholders and partners according to digital governance
    •  Monitoring execution process of projects (e.g., targets and issue resolution) to support efficient delivery
  •  Enabling the organization’s Agile way of working
    •  Modelling behaviours to support the organization’s transformation to Agile way of working
    •  Actively creating and maintaining the culture within the Digital Delivery Team taking into account of the organization and Agile leadership behaviours
    •  Helping to embed the “nervous system" of Agile ways of working (new governance practices, collaboration model, etc.) within the organization

What You Need

  • Tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Agile projects, as Scrum master, or managing product development using Agile
  •  Certified Scrum master, AgilePM or PMI-ACP
  •  Strong business and technical acumen. Profound entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with the ability to analyze value of projects
  •  Proven track record of delivering results and impact
  •  Proven track record and experience in managing a team of technology professionals (including in-house, external, or offshore resources) to drive strategic Digital/IT projects and support Digital/IT systems
  •  Comfortable with establishing Release Management processes for Continuous Delivery
  •  Focus on delivering agreed business results and customer value
  •  Commitment to cross-functional collaboration to achieve the best results for the organization
  •  Data-driven approach in decision making process including day-to-day management and making strategic trade-offs
  •  Intellectual curiosity and desire for learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., Agile principles and technology capabilities
  •  Experience in managing Agile delivery teams with blended with full-time employees and vendors
  •  Senior-level experience in leading, motivating, coaching, and developing people and teams. A strong willingness to trust and empower your teams to work autonomously to deliver great value.
  •  Proven analytical skills and experience in making decisions based on hard and soft data
  •  Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up and down the organization
  •  Continuous improvement mindset and strong commitment in exploring new ways of working, with the objective in achieving greater level collaboration and breaking down silos
  •  Experience and ability to manage time and meet aggressive deadlines, appraise, monitor, audit and evaluate projects
