Job Description
Data Centre Operator/ Computer Operator
Responsibilities
- Performing day to day computer operations that include data processing, backup processing, trouble shooting and problem escalation
- Monitoring the computer system and hardware for equipment failure or errors in performance
- Create incident ticket in the service management tool
- Performing recovery routine as instructed in the SOP
- Performing other related duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Computing Studies and related discipline or above
- Experience in computer operations
- Knowledge of operation in cloud platform / Control - M , is an advantage
- Work in 7*24 shift
