Job Description
Our client, one of the leading companies in the biotechnology industry, has exhibited stable long-term growth over the years and is now serving over millions customer worldwide. Due to the current demand & growth of business and their commitment to creating great products to market ahead of customers’ expectations, they are looking for a Head of Product to join the team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be fully accountable for the Technology initiative and Digital Product Development. You will be working very closely with internal stakeholders to develop product roadmap and be the one to drive strategies into actionable plan and product itself. You are the communicator between operation team, marketing, and engineering team to develop an end-to-end process in developing mobile applications and platform between different products and services for users.
Candidate Profile:
You must have at least 5 years of leadership experience in Product Management with a proven track record working on Mobile Application and B2C platforms. You must be experienced in UX/UI mindset, strong business mindset and is able to think out of the box and being hands-on on Product Management tasks. You must have good knowledge in gathering and analyzing market insights and data into actionable plan. You must be fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels. Prior experience or exposure in engineering and programming language is advantageous.
