Responsible

• To act as the technical design leader for Azure cloud or other applications solution

• To perform system analysis, design and development of applications using Azure cloud or other technologies
• Lead the PoC, technical assessment on solutions

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of solid experiences in application design and technical architecture, particularly Azure based cloud solutions

3)       Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Job Description

As a Scrum Master you will ensure the teams following the principles of Scrum. Your key responsibilities will include:

Service to the Team:

• Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Help team to create high-value increment that meets the definition of Done
• Removing impediments to the team’s progress
• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time

Service to the Product Owner:

• Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed

Service to the Organization:

Qualifications:

You will be involving…

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

5)       Business Analyst

Responsible

• Assist project manager to oversee full project life cycle, including requirements & function design gathering, handle user training, UAT test execution and follow-up, regular project meeting; prepare project document works and presentation
• Communicate with different stakeholders, including project manager, end-users, and offshore team
• Liaise & communicate between stakeholders & various parties for projects
• Collect feedback and manage change requests to ensure the interests of different stakeholders are addressed
• Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users

Requirement

• At least 3  Years Working Experience in IT project
• Have SI/Vendor Working Experience background

6)    Business Analyst (HRM / c#.Net)

Responsibilities

• Involve in tendering process as well as pre-sales meetings with BUs
• Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
• Gather documents and analyze business needs and requirements from customers and internal users
• Take part in HRM or Corporate financial work flow discussion with business stakeholders
• Define project plans for system implementation
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models for Integrated Logistics.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in participation of business application development, technical and business analysis
• Solid Experience in HRMS is a must
• Knowledge in corporation financial system is preferred

12) System Analyst  (Java)

Responsibilities

• Report to Service Delivery Manager, responsible for system design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications
• Manage a pool of Analyst/Programmers to perform the activities following software development or maintenance lifecycle (SDLC/SMLC)
• Collaborate with users to collect user requirements, perform impact analysis, and propose solutions for business requirements
• Maintain system design, procedures, user and system manual documentation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 10+ years’ relevant IT experience including at least six (6) years of experience in implementation or maintenance of enterprise application system(s) with over 1000 users per enterprise application
• Solid experience in Java/J2EE, MS SQL, Oracle DB, XML/Web services, WebSphere/Tomcat/JBOSS, Mulesoft, Spring framework
• Experience in mobile development (iOS and Android) is a plus
• Experience in agile, Azure Devops and RPA will be an advantage
