• Support the maintenance of technological components related to cloud management platform, including vPC, security group and other overlay infrastructure
• Provide support to network and computer platforms including network router, network switch, SDWAN, firewall, load balancer, Linux and Windows OS, and Kubernetes infrastructure, etc.
• Responsible for generating scripts and templates for the automated provisioning of system resources
• Support directory systems such as Active Directory and ADFS, Single Sign-on (SSO) user profile setup and related SSO technology such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and SCIM 2.0
• Explore new cloud services offerings and implement processes and standards for optimization of the use of cloud service
• Provide support on CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible and Terraform) and responsible for maintenance of relevant automation playbook
• Stay informed of system failures and provide level 2 support on cloud-related infrastructure
• Responsible for providing support to new project deployment and development of related SysOps matters.  Collaborate with the application development teams for on-boarding of application systems to the Cloud platform
• Provide on-call support for emergency production incidents and on-site support for fire-fighting and perform shift duties as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

• University degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions
• Hands-on technical experience in network router, network switch, SDWAN, firewall and load balancer and security products, etc.
• Experience in system infrastructure (e.g. system, storage and computing), Cloud, DevOps automation tools,  other tools and scripts related to Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Python, Ruby, Javascript, JSON, etc. are preferred
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and prevailing technology trends are preferred
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to the delivery of quality work
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate with application teams, operation teams and vendors for daily support and project implementation support activities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

The Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited (HKICL) is a private company owned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Hong Kong Association of Banks (HKAB). The key objective of the company is to develop and operate a safe and efficient multi-currency and multi-dimensional financial infrastructure in Hong Kong. It operates an integrated financial infrastructure platform for:

• interbank large value funds transfers denominated in HKD, USD, Euro and RMB;
• interbank money settlement of equity and debt securities transactions in Hong Kong via linkage established with the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and Central Moneymarkets Unit system (CMU);
• interbank small value funds transfer denominated in HKD and RMB, i.e. the HKD and RMB faster payment systems (FPS);
• interbank clearing and/or money settlement of retail payments in Hong Kong such as paper cheques, autodebits, autocredits, credit card payments, etc.; and
• the HKMA’s CMU system, as a computer operator.
