Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be fully accountable for designing simple and elegant experiences for end users.
- You will be task to constantly product high quality UX that encourage end users' thoughts and action in order to offer them the best customers' experience.
- You will be fully responsible for the end - to - end process of new product development and are to stay close with end users community to assure that their requirements and being delivered on their needs.
- You will be tasked to defining and maintaining design style and UX standards to ensure the high quality of products.
- You will be working closely with cross functional team in communicating complex and interactive design in a direct and clear manner.
Candidate Profile:
- You must have at least 3 years + of working experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree with a proven track record working with Figma and other design tools.
- You must be proficient with communicating and collaborating with Software Engineers and Frontend Engineers.
- You must have a solid knowledge in User Centered Design Principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be fluent in both written and spoken in English and Traditional and Simplified Chinese is high preferred.
- Prior working experience in Financial and Stock Trading System and Concepts is highly advantageous.
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Junior UX/UI designer.
