Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team and formulate business strategies for digital banking channels including internet banking and mobile banking.
• Develop a competitive customer-centric digital banking platform to deliver digital products and services which address customer needs, encourage digital engagement and increase customer satisfaction.
• Explore and implement new digital banking solutions and initiatives for the Bank.
• Get support from business teams to initiate projects and liaise with business teams throughout the projects.
• Oversee and monitor the digital adoption and usage KPIs.
• Drive projects to enhance the digital banking channels from business perspective
• Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new digital solutions.
• Monitor the market trend and prepare competitors' benchmarking and analysis.
• Ensure internet activities comply with regulatory requirements and protect the best interest of customers.
• Assist other divisions or bank's subsidiaries in driving digital channel initiatives
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology, Fintech or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in banking industry with proven track records in digital banking service development, include e-Banking and mobile banking channels.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Strong sense in user experience
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills
• Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• SME business background is an advantage 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
