Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with team members to provide professional support. 
• Provide administrative support to the sales team. 
• Support documents preparation and generate proposals.
•  Liaise with various departments and customers to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries.
• Maintain good business relationship with frontline advisers
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and business partners
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or duties as required

 Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline. Holder of IIQE paper 1,3 and 5 will be an advantage.
• Min 3 years or above working experience is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with positive attitude
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
