Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Claims Assessor who support in processing insurance claims.

What you will be doing:

• Handle claims enquiry and complaints
• Data input for a new submission claim
• Liaise with medical professionals and customers to conduct assessment and investigation
• Contact customers to follow up outstanding issues
• Support project and business initiatives as assigned by superior

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Claims / insurance
• Knowledge in medical insurance is a plus!
• Strong sense of responsibility with high level of integrity and trust
• Good communicate and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel), Chinese word processing is necessary.
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently, take direction, and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
• Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment
