Job Duties:

•  Lead and supervise various functional departments including temple operation, general office and membership affairs, human resources affairs, cultural & religious affairs and community affairs.
• Organize and head up different central projects and large scale activities
• Coordinate ISO audit certification
• Provide secretarialsupport for board meeting and different committees  
• Advise management and relevant services units on all compliance-related matters and administrative efficiency enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree in Public Administration/Business Administration/Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years administrative experience of which at least 3 years at senior supervisory level, solid experience with regulatory authorities or innon-governmental organization or sizable organization is preferred
• Good Initiative, well-organized, strong problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent writing skills and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
