Our client is one of the Well-known pharmaceutical company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to join their professional team and support the Warehouse Logistics issue.  

Responsibilities: 

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance 
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area 
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy 
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees 
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload 
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status 
• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security and SOP implementation of the warehouse.  

• High Diplomain Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be an advantage; 
• Min. 3-5 years of supervisory level in warehouse management; with ability to manage sizable team; 
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical industry warehouse are definite advantage; 
• Good command of Cantonese & conversational English at work; 
• Familiar with ERP, MS Word & Excel is a must; experience in SAP/ERP/ warehouse system is an advantage. 
• Self-motivation, flexible, team work oriented and well disciplined;        
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.
