Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement activities for food items;
• Purchasing duties and clerical work, including inventory control, delivery schedule monitoring, filing, documentation processing;
• Liaise with supplier on order processing and shipment;
• Cooperate and liaise closely with vendors and internal departments;
• Prepare cost analysis for management review regularly;
• Assist in various kinds of marketing activities, outlet promotions and product promotions;
• Prepare marketing materials including sales collaterals, posters, etc;
• Update the company's social media platform from day to day;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required and assigned by supervisors;
• Update company websites

• Form 6 or above with 1-2 years experience in purchasing and marketing;
• Knowledge in social media marketing, e.g. Facebook and Instagram is an added advantage;
• Good negotiation skill and communication skill;
• Well organized, independent and responsible;
• Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Immediate availability is preferable
