Job Description

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external business partners on membership events planning and logistic management from initial briefing to reconciliation including research, design and production of event communications materials, venue set up, online interactive tools, check-in systems, manage event budgets, as well as post event-evaluation, etc.
  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and drive marketing campaigns to accelerate business growth and achieve sales target
  • Manage and work alongside different stakeholders including committees, speakers, vendors, and participants etc., to pursue opportunities and to ensure effective launch of projects
  • Possession of technical knowledge to supervise organisations of various physical and virtual events e.g. AGM, Anniversary activities, training programmes, visits etc.
  • Stay on top of current market dynamics and be aware of competitors’ products and marketing campaigns. Analyse competitive landscape including pricing, product positioning, communications etc. to support go-to-market approach and support new product development.
  • Prepare the council meetings materials and minutes regularly
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by the council, subcommittees, and supervisors
About You:
  • A degree holder with minimum 5 years’ solid experience in project management and marketing, preferably gained in NPO / NGO
  • Experience in organising events, managing online platform (e.g. website, app) and producing publications, a good IT sense is definitely an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital platforms and tools e.g. Zoom, Canva, Wix
  • Proactive, agile, and detail-minded with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to work independently as well as being a good team player
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with seasonal workload
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
