Key responsibilities

• Owns the Omnichannel sales/event plan across all channels in the market, in line with the global promotion guidelines / best practices​
• Lead and formulate development plans for the profitable growth of the Company
• Formulate and execute pricing, sales & distribution strategies to drive sales and market share and ultimately, profitability
• Develop and execute marketing communications strategy and initiatives
• To leverage market data, analysis to identify business opportunities and enable a sustainable growth of the Company
• Owns annual budget and long-term plan for market-level growth, including SKU analysis and new opportunity identification
• Review and determine market product assortment 
• Analyse and set retail price (core, new products and seasonal) in line with Global guidelines and through price benchmarking exercise
• Conduct regular pricing analysis benchmark competitors
• Work with the regional or HQ teams on a regular basis on the product and marketing communications
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to manage inventory quality and drive clearance of aged and excess stocks
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure on-shelf availability as well as stock coverage that are appropriate for planned events
• To co-ordinate and support promotion setup
• Effective reporting and analytics to achieve budget target and commercial plan.
• To provide timely commercial analytics and generate business reports in the areas of Campaign performance analytics and Outlet sales performance
• Conduct other analyses as needed 

Requirements

• Degree holder in business, marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in retail & FMCG industry, 3 years Leadership experience; 
• Strong planning and analytical skills with an openness to change;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Good communication skills and a good command of both English and Chinese;
• A good team player with strong leadership and influencing skills
